Dear Reader,
Happy New Year!
I hope you have started the year on a great note, setting goals and strategizing a plan to achieve them. The New Year gives us the opportunity to evaluate our personal life, career and relationships and harmonize all to create the ideal life. So, if you haven’t done so, I encourage you to write down your goals and create an action plan to make them real, you can do it and this is the perfect time to do it.
I’ve also done some evaluating and have set my goals for 2010 as well as some longer term goals. While I’m still coaching clients and teaching classes, I’m also starting to work with international students and expanding my services globally. It’s very exciting and frightening at the same time since this journey takes me to the unknowns and out of my comfort zone. However, getting out of one’s comfort zone offers a fabulous opportunity for growth. It’s truly exciting.
