About the Founder - Sepideh Yeoh

As the youngest of six girls, Sepideh grew up in a loving close environment and was mentored by five older sisters whom she refers to, as strong women and role models. She initially explored education in the medical field and was fortunate to do an internship at the emergency room of a local hospital in her senior year of college. Through her internship she decided not to pursue a medical degree, a decision she never regretted.

Inspired By Sepideh

After graduating from University at Buffalo with a BA in Psychology, Sepideh enrolled in graduate school at Canisius College. She refers to her graduate education as vital to her leadership development thanks to strong role models as Kathryn Philliben, Dr. Margaret McCarthy and Dr. Thomas Miller to name a few.

Upon graduating from Canisius College with a MS in Student Personnel Administration, Sepideh accepted an offer from University at Buffalo as a member of the University Residence Halls and Apartments. Her next career move was a position at Hilbert College as Director of Residence Life and Student Activities. It was at Hilbert that she utilized her creativity to develop campus wide programs, a residence life handbook and staff training manual. Throughout her career at Hilbert College she designed and taught a three-credit college course, which she is most proud of and contributes to the help and support of fantastic faculty, staff and students at Hilbert College.

Her journey in Student Affairs took her to Buffalo State College, thanks to a good friend who mentioned an opening for the position of Interim Assistant Director for Housing. At Buffalo State College, she had the pleasure of working with a great team of Student Affairs professionals, who made her last position within SA enjoyable and memorable.

Satisfied with her experience in Student Affairs she decided to change gears a bit and look for a career that was as rewarding as working within college setting, but with a lot more flexibility to spend time with her family. Becoming a Certified Life and Career Coach allowed her to utilize the skills she developed throughout her career in Student Affairs. Following completion of a coaching certification through the Life Purpose Institute, she founded Inspired By Sepideh, a coaching practice devoted to helping individuals, couples and families discover lost dreams, find more balance in life, go through life transitions smoother, find life purpose, set and achieve goals and live a more fulfilled life.

Sepideh is also certified to teach Indigo Yoga to children.

Helping clients find the missing link is exactly what she is determined to do, one client, one session at a time.
